We’re a small, growing trucking company looking for a dependable OTR CDL Class A driver to run a late-model reefer truck. If you’re tired of feeling like a number and want steady work with honest communication, this could be a great fit.

Position Details:

Equipment: Well-maintained reefer tractor & trailer.
Routes: OTR (nationwide or regional, depending on preference).
Miles: Consistent weekly miles.
Home Time: Flexible – we work with you, two schedule options available. If interested in On-Call positions only, please apply and notify HR.
Freight: Mostly no-touch reefer freight.

Pay & Benefits:

Competitive pay (based on experience).
Weekly or bi-weekly pay (direct deposit).
Paid miles (all dispatched miles).
Bonuses available for clean inspections & performance.
Small company = no dispatch games, no micromanaging.

Driver Requirements:

Valid CDL Class A license.
Reefer experience preferred (but willing to train the right driver).
